TruBe Personal Training Teams Up With Rosemary Ferguson for Nutritional and Fitness Advice

This May, TruBe are teaming up with nutritionist, model and mother, Rosemary Ferguson who will be offering bespoke tips on health and fitness and proving how a few small steps can make a difference for overall well-being this Spring.
Rosemary is working closely with TruBe Personal Trainers on a fitness plan to help prepare her for a half marathon and triathlon. Her training will include a range of endurance and strength training sessions, Kick-Boxing and Personal Training, as well as recovery sessions; Ballet Barre, Pilates and Yoga.
As a Nutritional therapist, naturopath, Model and Mother, Rosemary knows how difficult it is to ensure you're getting all of the right nutrients in your diet. Rosemary will be creating bespoke recipes and giving guidance expert with TruBe to help get the most out of your meals both pre and post training.
After modelling for a decade with some of the world's leading photographers and fashion houses, the practical challenges of raising a family led Rosemary to question the nutritional value of food being consumed and she came to realise that many common ailments can be dramatically improved by simply eating more knowingly. After graduating as a Naturopathic Nutritionist in 2012, Rosemary set up her clinics in London and Oxfordshire.
