Leading binary options platform provider, SpotOption launches new feature, Trade On!, for continuous trading on weekends and holidays
SpotOption's new feature, Trade On!, provides a solution for the regression of business activity on weekends, holidays, and whenever the markets are closed. Trade On! is SpotOption's latest innovation which allows traders to keep on trading by anticipating the week to start. Expiries are during normal trading time (Monday to Friday) but the trade itself can take place for future expiries when the markets are closed.
Binary Options operators have been losing about 30% of business activity because of market closing on weekends and holidays. As every trader knows, the market must be opened in order for a trade to take place. However, the model of the binary option is different in the sense that it is a prediction on future expiries, so the market doesn't necessarily need to be opened in order to place future trades. SpotOption's Risk Management team has been analyzing future trends, and together with SpotOption's technology department have created the futures product that traders and operators have been waiting for.
"The internet has revolutionized the world to demand here and now, and it shouldn't be different for binary options, says Pini Peter, Founder of SpotOption. "We didn't see a reason for our clients operations to stop running just because markets are closed. Trade On! is exactly that solution, so that even when markets are closed, it's business as usual!"
SpotOption was established in 2009, and is officially today's leading binary options platform provider. With a staff of over 120 employees, including top programmers, developers, and designers, SpotOption's technology platform was awarded "Best Binary Options Platform Provider" by Forex Magnates in 2012. SpotOption's clientele stands at 200 labels, and they hold 65% of the market share. SpotOption has expanded globally with clients in North America, Europe, Asian, and Australia.
