Red Unida Launches Updated Platform to Compare Employer, Job Role Pay for Free
LONDON, June 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --
This week Red Unida announced the launch of an updated version of its intelligent job board for both candidates and publishing partners (http://www.redunida.com ).
"We are working with many of the top job boards in the world to gather the best management roles," said Vesselin Vassilev, CTO of Red Unida. "This next iteration of our site will roll out to a new US audience, with three key distribution partnerships coming in to place to allow us to offer the service to US-centric candidates."
Launched in 2009, Red Unida collects jobs from online recruitment partners in over 50 countries and standardises the different nodes to allow a candidate a quick, global search for the most relevant position. "The job market is a hugely imperfect sector," said Paul Ratcliff, one of the management team. "If we can demonstrate clusters of success by candidates and employers during the hiring process, then we can reduce the risk and the stress for both sides."
The site operates as a free-to-use standalone portal, but more often partners with key publishers need to engage their audience outside of their core market. Newspapers, blogs and alumni associations are typical partners who want to be able to offer their members relevant personalised push content every day. "It's easy to end up with an audience in dozens of countries," stated founder Jon Squires, "but it's highly inefficient to have sales teams with local expertise to cover each territory. Job listings are critical to the success of any news or advice portal, and at present there are only messy, noisy solutions available." He explained that the next step after standardising the job roles was to study the success rate of career switchers moving industry or function. "Imagine how much more fulfilling work would be if you could say with certainty that you were already in the perfect role. Alternatively, you might realise that you were being underpaid for your potential and we could offer two or three 'catch up' career paths, then recommend the ideal vacancies to apply for."
Red Unida is free for candidates to use and publishers to bolt-on, either to include or in place of their current solutions. For more information, please see https://www.redunida.com/Contact
