Legal Action - West York International Inc. VS Ciril Zovko and Importanne et. al.

TORONTO, Canada, February 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- West York International Inc. from Woodbridge Ontario has instituted an action in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice claiming damages in the sum of approximately $4,000,000 CAD. The claim is based on work performed by West York for the defendants Importanne Marketing Inc., from Mississauga Canada, Importanne d.o.o., and Ciril Zovko from Zagreb Croatia. The claim also alleges that the defendants were involved in a joint venture with the Plaintiff where improprieties in respect of the joint venture are alleged.
