Landon IP Awarded USPTO Contract to Perform PCT Searches (Again!)

Landon IP, Inc. is excited to announce that our relationship with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has been extended with the award of a new ten-year contract to perform Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) searches.

Landon IP participated in the original USPTO PCT search pilot program and was subsequently awarded a full, five-year contract in 2006 to conduct PCT searches in the fields of mechanical engineering, life sciences, physical sciences, and electrical communications. We are the only company to both participate in the pilot and be awarded a full contract.

With the latest award, Landon IP will be taking an expanded role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of PCT searches because we have been awarded searches across all of the USPTO's technology areas.
