"ITV Plc Agrees New IT Services Deal"

ITV Plc has signed a three-year deal with BIS Ltd for IT services.  Under the deal, BIS Ltd will be providing co-location, network connectivity and Internet transit for ITV Plc and ITV.com.

The contract which initiates a relationship with BIS Ltd is closely aligned to ITV's objective to build a lean business that creates world class content, executed across multiple platforms.  The decision to host in BIS' brand new, state of the art facility, BIS Anchorage Point, was made after extensive market research and comprehensive benchmarking was undertaken.
