Early Easter Means Early Spending for Family Holidays This Spring
With the early arrival of the Easter Bank Holiday, families looking to get away whilst schools are out have had to pay out even earlier than usually
LONDON, March 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --
With Easter falling on March 31st this year, the earliest since 2008, families looking for a trip away during the Easter holidays will have to pay out even earlier than previous years - for some just two 'pay days' after Christmas.
Leading car hire comparator, http://www.121carhire.com, is urging families to book early to find the cheapest deals; minimizing the impact that losing that extra pay will have on family's finances.
Michael Bond of 121carhire.com said: "Many families do lose a 'pay day' when Easter arrives in March and this means they must search around more for the best deals so they can still take that much needed break during the holidays. Booking early and using tools such as comparison sites to find deals will help keep the costs down."
Although it's not uncommon for Easter to arrive in March it usually falls in April giving families that extra bit of time after Christmas to save for a week away during school holidays. Easter cannot fall any earlier than March 22nd but will not arrive again in March until 2016, followed then by 2024.
The most popular holiday destinations for car hire during Easter 2013 found by http://www.121carhire.com is currently:
- Faro
- Alicante
- Malaga
