Before joining Alex Solar, Dr. Dai was the co-founder of JA Solar and held the position of CTO at JA Solar and Sunrise in her professional career. Dr. Dai is one of the most prestigious experts among the global PV sector. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of New South Wales. Dr. Dai will lead the Alex Solar R&D team and she shows strong confidence in having the company's solar cells reach an efficiency of 20% together with lowering production cost.
