NEW YORK, Sept. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Rockwell Group, the award-winning architecture and design firm founded by David Rockwell, today announced the appointment of Shawn Sullivan to Partner. Sullivan, who has worked at Rockwell Group since 1997, will also continue to serve as Studio Leader of his 50-person studio and oversee a diverse array of renowned hospitality projects in the U.S., Asia and parts of Europe.
Sullivan's responsibilities will be broadened to cover many firm-wide initiatives. His current projects include Andaz Maui at Wailea, Nobu Hotel (Las Vegas, Riyadh, and Chicago), Nobu Doha, Marriott Edition hotels (New York City and Abu Dhabi), and TAO Downtown.

His work has been honored by the AIA, Interior Design magazine and other organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Yale University.
