Capstone Mining Announces New $200 Million Corporate Credit Facility

VANCOUVER, April 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --

Capstone Mining Corp. ("Capstone") (TSX: CS) has entered into a new Senior Secured Revolving Corporate Credit Facility for up to US$200 million with The Bank of Nova Scotia (Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent), Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (Co-Syndication Agent), Bank of Montreal (Co-Syndication Agent) and HSBC Bank Canada.

The facility replaces Capstone's existing loan facility and is for a four year term with annual extensions permitted, subject to approval by all lenders.
