TO: ALL PERSONS WHO PURCHASED, ACQUIRED OR HELD SECURITIES OF YUKOS OIL COMPANY "YUKOS" BETWEEN JULY 2, 2003 AND NOVEMBER 28, 2007

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that if you purchased, acquired or held Yukos Ordinary Shares or Yukos ADRs from July 2, 2003 through and including November 28, 2007, you may be eligible to receive a distribution from the assets of Yukos.
