WGMI Signs NASDAQ OMX Agreement for Distributing NASDAQ Prices and Marketing its Trading Platform on NASDAQ Websites

NEW YORK, March 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --

Win Global Markets, Inc. (OTCBB:WGMI) a leading provider of online trading of binary options, announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, WGM Services Ltd has entered into an agreement with NASDAQ OMX for the distribution of NASDAQ OMX price quotes of US markets and Nordic exchanges in Stockholm, Copenhagen and Helsinki.

Pursuant to the agreement entered, certain NASDAQ OMX price quotes will be featured on WGM's two leading Internet brands: EZTrader.com and GlobalOption.com. WGM is the only online binary option trading platform to distribute NASDAQ OMX price quotes including NASDAQ Basic.

In addition, WGM will make use of NASDAQ OMX's global websites and Nordic web pages to market both of its binary option brands: http://www.eztrader.com  and http://www.globaloption.com. WGM estimates that, given the large global audience frequenting NASDAQ OMX websites and the credibility of NASDAQ OMX price quotes, traffic to WGM's binary options websites will increase and thus contribute to generating increased revenues.
