LONDON, January 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --
Hands up if you can honestly say that you have never been guilty of indulging in one of the seven deadly sins? If your palms are tentatively lingering in the air, we both know that you are bending the truth, and if you can say that you didn't make a glutton of yourself over Christmas and now spend a bit longer than you should do looking in the mirror lead by the forceful pull of vanity, you deserve a pat on the back!

However fear not, Roquito® have come up with a fun campaign entitled the 7 delicious sins of Roquito® that will help you wipe away your guilt by turning those seven sins into a delicious and indulgent melody of fantastic recipes and meal tips.
From Friday 17th January your pizzas, salads, sandwiches and pasta will never be the same again as the brands twitter, Facebook and Instagram followers will be given tips on how to pimp up any meal, turning the most basic dish into a culinary treat and making old favourites more sinful and moreish than ever.
Speaking about the campaign in greater detail Karen Alleyne, Communications Manager said:
"This is a fun and exciting marketing campaign that we believe will really help our followers engage with our Roquito® peppers and Roquito® chilli pepper pearls. The idea for the seven deadly sins sprang out of the flavour profile of our peppers which are sweet yet fiery, proving that opposites do attract and can complement each other to produce something amazing. Taking the seven sins, tipping them on their heads and turning them into unique, indulgent and tasty eating experiences seemed like perfect fit."
With the campaign taking sins such as vanity, and alluding to ways in which chilli peppers can enhance beauty, this is set to be an entertaining, distinctive and engaging campaign. There is also the opportunity for fans and followers to get their hands on jars of Roquito® through weekly competitions. Calling on those who have not engaged with the brand yet to do so Alleyne said:
"If you have not yet socially connected with the fiery bites of goodness, you still have time to do so. As well as recipe tips we will also be running competitions aimed at our followers, giving them the chance to win jars of the peppers and pearls. The campaign will integrate mobile and social elements which will allow followers to take pictures of our Roquito® when they spot them and upload them to Instagram and Twitter using the hashtag #whereisroquito. We have only recently launched our peppers into the retail sector and we believe that by encouraging engagement it will really help consumers understand the versatility of these little gems and find unique and innovative ways to use them. We can be found on twitter @roqutio_peppers on Facebook and on Instagram as roquitopeppers."
