The round was anchored by cornerstone investors Fulgur Ventures, Nakamoto, and TOBAM, representing some of the most established names bridging traditional finance and Bitcoin.

The company is spearheaded by a seasoned team combining expertise in Bitcoin, venture, structured finance and capital markets.
