Staffordshire Marketers Land Five-figure Hotel Contract
STOKE-ON-TRENT, England, August 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --
Online marketing specialist Fifteen Digital has won a lucrative contract to handle all email and social media marketing for Best Western, Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza hotels.
The 12 month deal, which is worth a five-figure sum, will see the Staffordshire-based company setting up profiles on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Trip Advisor and other social media for all 33 of the QMH Group's hotels and gyms in the UK.
They will also be maintaining profiles, monitoring the online discussion, and providing responses to followers.
Fifteen Digital Business Development Manager Sarah Mountford said: "We started working with the QMH Group through the Best Western Moat House at Festival Park.
"We put together Facebook and Twitter profiles for them and promoted their Christmas events, selling them out quickly and also bringing in two wedding bookings and helping them recruit a new member of staff in the events team.
"Our challenge is to replicate that success around the country."
Fifteen Digital will be recruiting another member of staff to help manage the contract, alongside their existing drive to bring in another web developer and salesperson. That will take their workforce to 18.
The expansion has enabled the firm to move to premises twice the size of their previous headquarters in Stoke-on-Trent - just a few months after a similar move for their second office, in Darlington, County Durham.
Fifteen Digital specialises in all IT services, from supplying and installing hardware, to designing and developing websites, to providing training and support in social media and other types of online marketing.
They are Stoke-on-Trent's only certified Google partner, Sage professional developers, and create bespoke CRM systems and software packages.
