Sirius Solutions Deepens Global Energy Advisory

HOUSTON, April 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Sirius Solutions, L.L.L.P. (Sirius Solutions) today announced further expansion through the addition of two energy industry veterans. Brandon Cradeur and Sean Kilpatrick join Sirius Solutions as Directors in the Houston and New York offices. Brandon is located in Houston where he joins the Transaction Advisory Services practice area. He brings experience in private equity, acquisitions and divestitures, corporate development and contract negotiations. Prior to joining Sirius, Brandon served as Director, Investment Management at Denham Capital. He led the Portfolios Service Group in energy infrastructure investments, overseeing initiatives including the optimization of working capital for additional cash flow. As Senior Manager, Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young LLP he built his energy experience across refining, pipeline and chemicals segments. Brandon holds a B.S. in Business from Louisiana State University.

Sean joins in the New York office where Sirius Solutions has a record of successful client engagements in the areas of energy trading and risk management. He has extensive relationship management experience garnered from serving energy commodity trading and risk management businesses, asset managers and corporate treasury departments. He has built a legacy of success in meeting client needs in the areas of energy trading, risk management, operations and logistics. He has held senior account management and business development positions at Roubini Global Economics and Open Link Financial, Inc., and is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Political Science.
