Adam Mussert, Director of Santander Cards, commented: "When we first launched the 123 Credit Card we promised offers like these. Our card has proved so popular with our customers and we wanted to offer them something extra on top of the usual cash back to enjoy over the summer. Whether you're having lunch with friends, a drink after work or treating the family to a meal out, you'll now earn an extra 1% cash back on this spending too."
Since we launched, Santander has given its 123 customers over £10million1 in cash back. That's across the 123 Credit Card and 123 Current Account. We are also extending our fee refund offer, so if you have the 123 Current Account, we'll refund the fee when you take out the 123 Credit Card as well, saving £242."
