RoadPixel & IVS Merge Creating Global ANPR Player

WELWYN GARDEN CITY, England, May 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --

RoadPixel Ltd. today announces its merger with Texas based LPR software specialist Intelligent Vision Systems Inc.  The resulting amalgamated business will trade as RoadPixel throughout the world.

RoadPixel's management team were founders of CitySync in 1999 which was sold to a US public company in 2010.  They were 'locked out' of the ANPR market for a period of time as part of the sale.
