Following the great success of its MasterChef Challenge earlier this year, RICS has persuaded Michel Roux Jr to collaborate with them and CRASH once again, this time to create a unique charity recipe book. With the foreword written by Michel Roux Jr., the book features a collection of recipes from some of construction and property's best known personalities, each of whom have contributed their favourite dish.

Mouth-watering Tarte a l'Oignon, Windsor Lamb Ragu and gooey Sludge Brownies are just a taste of the delights, from contributors such as Mike Phillips, Editor of Property Week and Kath Fontana, Managing Director of BAM.
RICS' Gillian Charlesworth, Director of Regulatory and Corporate Affairs, says:
"In various ways each year, RICS works with members and chosen partners to help and give back to society and local communities. This year, we have worked with top chef Michel Roux Jr and the charity CRASH, to help men and women who find themselves homeless.
"Earlier this year, Rebecca Best, the former Chairman of our young surveyors group, matrics, went head to head in a live cooking contest judged by Michel. He is now supporting us on another project: our RICS, CRASH and industry charity cookbook.
"The recipes and personal stories in the book show that many leading figures in our profession and industry share this love. Journalists, CEOs and many other keen amateur chefs have all come together to contribute their favourite recipes to create this wonderful book for a great cause.
"The book is full of excellent recipes - a smart and useful stocking filler which showcases the construction and property industry at its most creative and generous."
