The final terms (the “ Final Terms ”) dated 21 October 2025 in respect of an issue by Mondi Finance plc (the “ Issuer ”) of EUR 550,000,000 3.375 per cent. Guaranteed Notes due 23 May 2031 (the “ Notes ”) are available for viewing.

The Notes are issued pursuant to the prospectus dated 7 March 2025, as supplemented by the supplementary prospectus dated 15 October 2025   (together, the “ Prospectus ”) in connection with the Issuer’s €3,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme, and are guaranteed by Mondi plc.

The Final Terms for the Notes contain the final terms of the Notes. The Final Terms of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the UK Prospectus Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018).
