The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

 

Final Terms for Anglian Water Services Financing Plc’s GBP 420,000,000 5.375 per cent.   Guaranteed Class A Bonds due 10 November 2033 (the “ Series 79 Bonds ”) issued under its €20,000,000,000 Global Secured Medium-Term Note Programme (the “ Programme ”), and the Final Terms for Anglian Water Services Financing Plc’s GBP 300,000,000 6.250 per cent. Guaranteed Class A Bonds due 10 November 2041 (the “ Series 80 Bonds ” and together with Series 79 Bonds, the “ Bonds ”) issued under the Programme.

 

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Bonds and the aforementioned must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 9 October 2025 (the “ Prospectus ”) which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation.
