Final Terms for Anglian Water (Osprey) Financing Plc’s £100,000,000 6.75 per cent. Fixed Rate Notes due August 2031 issued under the £10,000,000,000 Guaranteed Secured Medium Term Note Programme, guaranteed by Osprey Acquisitions Limited and Osprey Investco Limited (to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing £450,000,000 6.75 per cent. Fixed Rate Notes due 27 August 2031 issued on 27 August 2025).
