Improving the customer experience by enabling tokenised payments, the Realex Payments module allows customers to checkout quickly by using saved cards; while the merchant remains PCI compliant. The module also improves the merchant back-office experience by utilising the logging features of the Ampersand Commerce Integration Framework. With this framework, every request sent and received by the Realex Payments module is logged with all pertinent data, granting merchants powerful debugging tools. This detailed level of logging allows merchants to inspect the data being sent back and forth during the payment process, eliminating cases where an order fails without any further information about when or why.
