LOVEFiLM and Entertainment One UK Sign Exclusive Content Deal

LOVEFiLM and Entertainment One UK (eOne) have signed a five-year content deal allowing LOVEFiLM subscribers exclusive access to the portfolio of movies from the number one independent film distributor, including the global phenomenon The Twilight Saga.

Members of LOVEFiLM, Europe's largest subscription service - streaming movies and TV episodes over the internet and sending DVDs by post - will be able to watch all of eOne's new and future movies instantly on its Watch Online service through the LOVEFiLM Player, either on the PC, via in-home connected living room devices, or on the PlayStation®3.

eOne's new release catalogue will be exclusively available for UK LOVEFiLM members who subscribe to any of their premium packages which offer a streaming option.

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, the worldwide phenomenon and third film in the The Twilight Saga, starring Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, will be the first amongst a batch of titles available in the UK from October this year.  Future films will include Paul WS Anderson's The Three Musketeers in 3D, starring Orlando Bloom, Luke Evans and Milla Jovovich, TheIdes of March, directed, written and starring George Clooney and the final instalments of The Twilight Saga - Breaking Dawn Part 1 and 2.  

LOVEFiLM already rents all available eOne DVD and Blu-ray titles via its online rental-by-post service.
