ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 Certifications for Voiceworks

Dutch telco improves quality and safety continuously

Obtaining these certificates is part of the continuous quality and safety improvements of the company and an important step in its further professionalization. Voiceworks is one of the few telecom companies in Europe which has obtained the ISO 27001 certification for its entire organization.

With the ISO 27001 certification Voiceworks proves that its business process meets the highest international safety standards. The information applies to all processes, systems and services of the company. With this certificate access policies and legal structure, for example Voiceworks' intelligent web tool Operator Online, are intensified.
Voiceworks has been ISO 27001 certified for the entire organization. ISO 9001 sets the standards for the quality management system that focuses on meeting the customer requirements and increasing customer satisfaction.
