Intact's INcontact Service Desk provides comprehensive 24x7x52 support for a range of core Cisco and multi-vendor IP and Unified Communications solutions, and the new Singapore Service Desk extends the global coverage already offered by the company's existing Berlin-based best practice service desk facility, and will offer in-depth coverage for Intact's growing number of major Service Provider and Integrator customers across the Asia-Pacific region, as well as a 'white label' service support infrastructure for Cisco channel partners.
