HRH Prince Michael of Kent is to commence the celebrations at the St James's Concours of Elegance, London by leading a convoy of 60 of the world's rarest classic cars on the opening morning, Thursday, September 5, 2013.
Driving the single-seater 1933 Napier-Railton 24 Litre Special, His Royal Highness - Patron of the Concours of Elegance - will be at the head of the procession which leaves the Royal Mews at Buckingham Palace to travel into the gardens of 300-year-old Marlborough House, venue for the three day Concours.
