According to AllEarth Renewable, the adoption of company's dual axis solar tracker produces more than 50% energy compared to fixed solar panels. Similarly, DEGER claims that adoption of its DEGERtracker generates an additional 45% yield compared to fixed PV modules. Mecasolar, the dual axis solar tracker, produces 35% more energy compared to fixed installations.
Further, the report states that high storage costs of solar energy discourage the utilities and non-utilities sectors from investing in solar power farms. This has a direct impact on the growth of the global solar farm automation market.
