From Unicorn Keys to Exclusive Self Stick Wall Paper, New Online Homeware Brand, HME Makes a Splash With 'Generation Rent'
LONDON, August 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --
Rising house prices mean we're perpetual renters - but this doesn't mean we have to sacrifice on making our house a HME
Let's Go Hme is a new online homeware retailer that specialises in products for those that don't own their properties but still want to put their personal stamp on their rented rooms, flats or houses.
With an emphasis on quirky and fun styles designed to appeal to the homebodies out there, HME was created with the purpose of promoting loving where you live and being proud of it, regardless of your financial situation and whether or not you own.
The brainchild of self-confessed 'indoor enthusiast' and design graduate Lu Orcheston-Findlay, HME is her way of connecting all the things that make her, and like-minded 20-and-30 somethings, happy. This includes eye-catching and conversation-starting design, beautiful surroundings, and a real sense of 'Hme'.
Designs feature fashionable, bespoke prints and products with an emphasis on the transient nature of the flat-share and rental life. All Items are either easy to install or easily removable, and all are fun, bright and will make you look forward to getting home.
The first collection, launching July 2014, features signature removable wall wraps, homemade printed cushions and with plenty of starring appearances from French Bulldog Tank.

About The Founder
Lu founded Let's Go Hme in early 2014 after deciding to put her love of patterns, prints, colours and home to good use. After living in numerous rental flats around London and yearning for a place to call her own she settled in Camden where she creates all the patterns, prints and artwork for Let's Go Hme products. Having lived all over the world (Scotland, Cyprus, Germany, Kentucky) as well as all over London (Covent Garden, Fulham, Wimbledon, Notting Hill, Knightsbridge) Lu feels very strongly that everyone should be able to call where ever they live home, and look forward to spending time there, creating as much of a sanctuary for oneself as you can. This is where the inspiration for Let's Go Hme grew from. Previously Lu turned her hand to layout and creative for Who's Jack Magazine which she launched in 2005 and is now an online London news portal.
