First Personal Injury Set to Build on Proven Track Record

Managing director of Jefferies Solicitors Limited Michael Jefferies, has hailed the impact made by First Personal Injury since its inception in 2008, stating that the time is right to build on that success with the re-brand to a marketing network for specialist professional personal injury lawyers.

Michael Jefferies commented: "First Personal Injury has a proven track record and we feel now is the right time to open the brand up to other firms. The response to date has exceeded our expectations. Thirteen specialist personal injury firms have signed up so far and when we launch in January we'll already be the second largest not for profit solicitors marketing consortium in the UK."

He was speaking after the announcement that First Personal Injury is set to be re-branded as a national marketing network for personal injury specialists in January.

The 13 firms that have already joined the roster have agreed to pay £10,000 per month to be a part of the new scheme which will see claims handled by an independent call centre and then distributed to one of the member firms on a cab-rank basis.

Firms can buy slots at £10,000 with 12-13 cases expected each month per slot. Firms are also able to purchase more than one slot.

Just short of £1m has already been raised to be spent in the first quarter of 2013 for the not for profit marketing organisation, while the fees paid by the individual firms will go back into advertising as well as developing the network.
