DUO Industries S.A.S. announces the sale of 100% of shares to WernerCo Holdings France SAS
SCHAFFHAUSEN, Switzerland, March 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The shareholders of DUO Industries S.A.S. announced today that they have completed the sale of 100% of the shares in DUO Industries, the owner of the CDH Group of companies, to WernerCo Holdings France SAS. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
