Riptide Pools are today unveiling the DoggySwim™ S290, a state-of-the-art, self-contained canine hydrotherapy pool, which is now on sale to customers in the UK and EU. Available both from an expanding network of agents and direct from the DoggySwim™ online store (http://www.doggyswim.com), DoggySwim™ S290 will debut at the prestigious pedigree dog show Crufts 2014, taking place from 6-9th March 2014 at Birmingham's National Exhibition Centre (NEC).

DoggySwim™ S290 redefines what's possible in a self-contained pet hydrotherapy pool, with 5 adjustable swim jets providing the perfect swimming conditions for each dog that uses it, sophisticated filtration and sanitisation for safe, clean water, and durable, easy to clean materials for the non-slip shell and outer cabinet. DoggySwim™ runs from a standard 13 amp waterproof plug, and requires no plumbing at all, being filled by a hosepipe and emptied via the bottom drain. DoggySwim™ S290 also features an underwater light for safe bathing in low light conditions, with a lockable, insulated cover to minimise running costs and keep children and pets out when not in use.
DoggySwim™ S290 comes complete with an independent, slip-safe ramp which allows easy access in and out of the pool, and is designed to be used either parallel to the pool or at 90° to it, with a galvanised steel frame, treated timber treads and anti-slip tape. An optional wheeled gantry, fitted with pulleys and cleat, allows injured or incapacitated dogs to be lowered into the water for restorative hydrotherapy in conjunction with a suitable life jacket, and this gantry is also available fitted with a ratchet winch for use with heavier dog breeds. Also available as an option is the hydraulic Cover Basket cover lifting device, which makes removing and refitting the insulated cover easy.
DoggySwim™ makes advanced canine hydrotherapy available to both consumers and professional customers at a much lower price than other products on the market, which are often double or triple the cost of the S290, whilst boasting fewer features and performance. The optional wheeled gantry frame costs £595, with the accompanying ratchet winch system costing a further £49. The Cover Basket hydraulic cover lifter is priced at £259, making the entire package £7902 (UK) with all optional extras.
