AZUR SOLAR at ECOBUILD 2012 : What's new ?

Prominently positioned right next to the BPVA and with an enlarged stand (N3250) over last year, AZUR SOLAR will be showcasing several new products at ECOBUILD (ExCel, London 20-22 March) including two additional inverter ranges; a completely new range of retro-fit and in-roof mounting systems; the AZUR 2p premium coated module; the new range of black mono modules for the aesthetically conscious; and smaller-size modules for difficult roofs. AZUR SOLAR will also be expanding its range of installer-reseller related packages to respond to partner demands and those of the overall market.

AZUR 2P coated high performance modules provide installers with an excellent opportunity to sell into the higher margin value segment of the market with a truly differentiated product. Virtually free of degradation, they typically produce 11.6% more lifetime power vs. a standard module and are guaranteed to perform at above 98% efficiency after 25 years. This means a superior return on investment over the operational life of a quality solar PV solution is possible which is even more important, as the Feed-in-tariffs have been reduced. Only launched in mid-2011, already almost half of all AZUR modules currently being specified are AZUR 2P coated modules and this positive trend is expected to rise further as customers look to maximise their energy production and additional 'AZUR 2P Quality Dealers' are signed up.

Due to be introduced into the UK in 2013, AZUR SOLAR is also actively looking for reseller partners and dealers, to become service partners for its exciting new AZUR INDEPENDA battery storage and energy management system, which allows customers to become nearly independent from conventional energy sources and rising prices. Already marketed in Germany, AZUR INDEPENDA experts are coming over to ECOBUILD to explain the technology and the implications for sales, installation and servicing. Qualifying reseller partners willing to invest in training, make the commitment and sign up to become one of the first AZUR INDEPENDA exclusive dealers in the UK will then be invited to Germany to visit and learn from the installations there.

ECOBUILD will also see the launch of a new series of smaller and also low budget Solar PV inverters, designed to significantly improve efficiency and meet growing user demands. A series of models will be available, with specific models being introduced for both domestic installations up to 4kWp and a choice of models that should prove popular for many of the XXL projects AZUR SOLAR will focus on in 2012.
