ACS Reaches 31.59 Percent Holding in HOCHTIEF

Grupo ACS (ACS, Actividades de Construccion y Servicios, S.A.) today announced that its voluntary public tender offer for HOCHTIEF had been accepted for 4.34 percent of the shares in HOCHTIEF at expiration of the additional and final acceptance period on 18 January 2011. This will add to the previous stake held by ACS, taking its shareholding in HOCHTIEF to 31.59 percent. All completion conditions to the offer have now been fulfilled. The offer will be settled in the first days of February 2011.
