OMAN'S PROPERTY OPPORTUNITIES TAKE CENTRE STAGE IN LONDON
Two-week Oxford Street takeover brings Oman's property and investment opportunities with Anthony Joshua, and cultural performances among the highlights
LONDON, Oct. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Reimagine Your Future: Live Oman has concluded its two-week takeover on Oxford Street, bringing Oman's property, investment and lifestyle opportunities to a UK audience ahead of the Sultan of Oman's official visit to the UK later this month.
From 21 September to 4 October, Oman's Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning invited visitors to explore homes, developments and investment opportunities, with developers including Adanté Realty, TMG Muscat, Muscat Bay, Al Abrar Real Estate, Al Ahly Sabbour Development, Al Nama Real Estate and Tathmeer Properties showcasing their projects.
Almost 33,000 people visited the space during the activation, including 3,355 on launch day. Its Oxford Street location gave the showcase 1.05 million passers-by, while the wider Live Oman campaign has generated 28.7 million social media impressions to date.
Properties on show ranged from apartments and second homes to family villas and prime waterfront developments, with prices from around £100,000 to £2 million. Selected developments offering freehold ownership to international buyers.
A key highlight was the involvement of two-time world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua, who has invested in Adanté Realty's Yenaier development in Sultan Haitham City. A video message gave visitors insight into his investment and experience of the development.
Anthony Joshua said:
"Yenaier is a reflection of the landscape of Oman, from the sand dunes and mountains to the natural curvature of the land. Bringing those elements into the architectural design is what makes the project so special"
The programme also featured property expert Phil Spencer, former Premier League footballers, Oman goalkeeper Ali Al Habsi and Freddy Kanouté, alongside performances from Oman's military band and oud musician Nibras Al Mullahi. Visitors could meet developers and representatives from Oman's property and business sectors, take part in investment discussions and enter a free holiday giveaway.
Organisations including Sohar International, Oman Air, Vodafone Oman and Amouage also took part, highlighting the breadth of connections between Oman and the UK.
H.E. Dr Khalfan Al Shuaili, Oman's Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, said:
"Live Oman has given us an opportunity to bring the transformation taking place across the Sultanate directly to London. The interest from British buyers, investors and businesses demonstrates the growing connections between our two countries."
