Global Healthcare Investment Symposium Convenes in Botswana November 25, 2016
PALM BEACH GARDENS, Florida, Nov. 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Some of the world's leading healthcare professionals will convene for the Global Healthcare Investment Symposium to be held concurrently during the 11th Global Expo Botswana (GEB) in Gaborone, Botswana from November 23rd to 26th, 2016 at the Botswana Conference & Exhibition Centre.
This year the major topic of discussion will be around unlocking opportunities for economic growth with particular emphasis on attracting FDI and creating job opportunities in Botswana and Africa as a whole.
Presented by the Botswana Investment and Trade Centre (BITC) in conjunction with the Medical Tourism Association (MTA) and Medical Tourism Botswana, the Symposium will focus on the future of Medical Cities, Development of Regional Centers of Excellence as well as investment opportunities in Medical Tourism. The event will take the form of a VIP round table discussion comprised of dignitaries representing government, NGOs and regional organizations and will target and deliver concrete ideas and plans on how to quickly move forward on regional initiatives and partnerships.
The VIP round table discussion will be followed by visits to local hospitals and medical schools and concluded with B2B meetings with stakeholders in the industry.
