Fisher Investments UK recognised among the UK's 2021 Best Workplaces™
Ranked 50th among Large Companies by the global authority on workplace culture
LONDON, May 4, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Fisher Investments UK, a subsidiary of Fisher Investments, was named among the UK's Best Workplaces™ for 2021 by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture. This is the second consecutive year the firm received this prestigious recognition. The firm ranked 50th in the Large Companies category across all industries. To determine the 2021 Best Workplaces™ in the UK, Great Place to Work® analysed anonymous survey feedback from more than 200 Fisher Investments UK employees. Employees responded to more than 60 survey questions describing the extent to which their organisation creates a great work environment. Based on these survey results and a company culture questionnaire, Fisher Investments UK earned Best Workplaces™ recognition and certification in the UK.
Great Place to Work® certification is a significant achievement, earned when at least 65 percent of surveyed employees indicate a consistently positive work experience. Fisher Investments UK greatly surpassed this benchmark with 80 percent of survey participants rating the firm positively. Across all business units, survey feedback revealed most of Fisher Investments UK's employees feel the company offers a friendly and engaging work environment where everyone is made to feel welcome.
