You're Invited to the Summer of Sports Direct

We all know during the winter months exercise and healthy eating can take a step back. The nights are longer and it's colder - all you want to do is snuggle up inside, in front of the fire and eat warm, comforting foods. However, summer has now arrived and we are even having some warm and sunny days so it's time to get active and get fit!
