LUXEMBOURG, September 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --
The shoe dealer is introducing the new cross-channel payment solution nationwide
Starting immediately, customers of Görtz will be able to pay in their 200 German stores using Yapital, the new cross-channel payment solution. Ludwig Görtz GmbH is the first major chain to offer its customers this innovative payment solution at the till.
With its integration into the tills in the Görtz, Görtz 17 and Hess stores, Yapital has achieved a high degree of visibility in the market only a short time after its launch.
After a one-off registration at http://www.yapital.com, Görtz customers will now be able to pay for their new shoes quickly and easily using their smartphone. All they need to do is scan the on-screen QR code at the till using the Yapital app - and the transaction is implemented in real time.
"We are delighted that the collaboration with Görtz will enable our users to pay at the till with Yapital as well - and with such a well-known dealer," says Nils Winkler, Chairman of the Board at Yapital. "Görtz has wide experience in the field of stationary multichannel retailing. This makes the company an ideal partner for us," adds Winkler. "What's more, it means that Yapital is now represented together with Görtz in over 120 cities."
"Yapital is a trendsetting innovation in the payments market, as it is not only quick and safe, but it actually makes paying less complicated," explains Jörn Peters, Managing Director of Ludwig Görtz GmbH. "It therefore fits perfectly with our approach of offering our customers the best possible shopping experience."
