WOW Analytics uses IP lookup technology to identify Companies as they visit a customer's website, regardless of source.  Using a market leading database of known company IP addresses, WOW Analytics is able to match incoming web traffic at a high rate, providing customers with great insight into the activities of prospect, customer, supplier and competitor website traffic.  Visitor data is then enriched through categorisation and lead scoring of the website content viewed by each visitor.

Once a Company is identified on a customer's website by WOW Analytics, Salesforce.com users are now able, at the press of a button, to identify if this is a prospect they are already talking to.  If the CRM lookup returns no current matching records then a brand new Lead is automatically created in Salesforce.com CRM, ready to be contacted by the appropriate sales personnel.  From this point forward the website activity of that lead is visible immediately from within Salesforce.com CRM, with the additional benefit of putting Leads in sales pipeline on "Watch".  With a Company placed on Watch, WOW Analytics will automatically notify the assigned sales personnel (by email) of any subsequent website visits.
