The "Dialogue of the Future" live social media event detailed sweeping changes that include a "young and flexible" government, restructured ministries, and a plan to outsource public services to the private sector. He announced the appointment of a 22 year old female minister, the youngest in the world.
Newly created positions for a Minister of State for Happiness and Minister of State for Tolerance underscore a reenergized government focused on youth, innovation, health and public satisfaction.
