Wirecard Bank Supplies BONAYOU Digital Gift Voucher Platform With Gift Voucher Cards

Wirecard Bank AG, a member of the Wirecard Group has, as a card issuing bank, taken charge of the co-branding project for the digital PCI-certified BONAYOU gift voucher card platform. BONAYOU, a product on offer from Munich-based PL Gutscheinsysteme GmbH, has been developed and designed as a gift voucher card platform for retail, catering and wellness articles available throughout Germany. The gift voucher card consists of a Prepaid MasterCard that can be loaded only once.
And this is how it works: True to its slogan, "Presenting gift vouchers the easy way!," BONAYOU initially offers a location and selection category via an intuitive user interface. Once the desired product has been found, the person making the gift can select a gift voucher value to be loaded onto the prepaid MasterCard. All that needs to be done now is specify the date of dispatch and create a personalized message. The beneficiary receives the card and greeting message in a gift box featuring the BONAYOU look & feel. For security reasons, the gift voucher first needs to be activated with a clearance code sent by e-mail. After this, the cash amount booked can be spent directly at the point of sale.
The special characteristics of the co-branding solutions from the Wirecard Bank are the upstream and downstream processes that also make it easier for companies to implement individually tailored customer loyalty programs using cards with personalized designs. BONAYOU, for instance, can load the gift voucher amounts selected online by its customers individually and in real time using the online-based Wirecard system.
