Wimbledon Fortnight Extra Special for Reflex Business Planning
STOKE ON TRENT, England, June 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --
Software developer Reflex Business Planning is celebrating the 10th anniversary of their involvement in the Wimbledon Tennis Championships.
The world's greatest tennis players have been using towels supplied by Christy Towels, one of Reflex's longest-standing clients, for more than 25 years, and will be doing so again at this year's tournament - with the help of the forecasting system Reflex designed for them.
The partnership began in November 2002, making the 2012 championships the 10th they have been involved with.
Reflex's system enables Christy Towels, which supplies towels, home furnishings and bedding to a host of retailers including John Lewis, to predict the sales demand of all their ranges, across all sizes and colours, for the next 12 months.
Reflex's Business Development Manager William Capjon said: "It's hard to believe our relationship with Christy Towels dates back to 2002!
"It always adds a bit of spice to the Wimbledon Fortnight for us, and it's great to know we've played our own small part in the success of legends like Roger Federer.
"I think our relationship has lasted for so long because Christy has always appreciated our flexibility - we have always been able to adapt and change the system to ensure it is constantly reflecting their changing business model and systems."
The Staffordshire-based developers provide unique forecasting systems tailored to the needs of clients in the food, manufacturing, distribution and healthcare sectors, and work with a number of textiles companies.
