Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co. Acquires North East Rig Out Ltd.

FORT WORTH, Texas, July 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading global work wear maker Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co. has acquired North East Rig Out Ltd. (NERO), an Aberdeen, UK-based workwear manufacturer specializing in the oil and gas industry. Established in 1995, NERO is also a head-to-toe personal protective equipment (PPE) solutions provider. The acquisition was completed by Williamson-Dickie's European division on July 18, 2014.
