An international conference and technology seminar will be held alongside Water Philippines 2013 with the aim of helping participants find solutions to a variety of water problems. Youth Leader and Senatoriable Benigno Paulo " Bam" Aquino will be the primary guest of honour and keynote speaker at the opening of the event which will also feature the Philippines Water Works Association ( PWWA) International Conference.
