WatchMyPV, an On-line Monitoring Tool to Check the Proper Operation of your Residential Photovoltaic Installation
LYON, France, June 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --
Rtone is today launching WatchMyPV, the first tool enabling solar energy producers to themselves keep an eye on the performance of their panels, with no equipment to be installed.
An internet portal with no equipment to be installed
WatchMyPV is a web site which enables the producer to check the proper operation of his photovoltaic panels. Using the information that the user communicates, WatchMyPV evaluates on line the performance of his installation. The application thus warns of any abnormal operation with no equipment to be installed.

A tool for everyone
WatchMyPV is intended for people who have invested in photovoltaic to earn additional incomes and the majority of which have today no means of checking whether their installation is operating correctly and whether it is cost-effective.
A tool combined with the satellite sunshine data
After having indicated the characteristics of his installation (its location, its orientation, the slope of his roof, etc.), the producer inputs on line, once a month for example, the reading from his electric meter. Thanks to the carefully calculated satellite sunshine data, WatchMyPV compares the data, analyses and checks the performance of the installation. The producer can thus detect production losses and act accordingly, wherever he is, thanks to the internet.
At a price of £29 for 12 checks
For an annual subscription of £29, WatchMyPV constitutes a reliable solution, providing its expertise at a price unequalled on the market. When registering, producers will also be offered the first check.
