Vistra has been shortlisted for the 2012 STEP Private Client Awards in the Owner-Managed Trust Team of the Year category.
Potential winners of this coveted award needed to demonstrate to the judges a genuinely innovative, international and independent approach to business across a range of categories. Over the past twelve months, in addition to acquisitions in the Benelux countries and a new office in Mauritius , Vistra has won a licence to offer trust services from Bonaire, has purchased Herald Fund Services in Jersey, established its own trust operation in Singapore, acquired Cynosure in China and established a new fund administration business in Hong Kong.
