Vimeo Appoints Former Sony Executive Gregg Bernard as Senior Vice President of Business Development

Online video sharing site Vimeo(R), an operating business of IAC (Nasdaq: IACI), today announced the appointment of Gregg Bernard to the new post of Senior Vice President of Business Development. Bernard joins Vimeo's leadership team with responsibility for strategic business development activities worldwide.

Bernard joins Vimeo after 10 years at Sony Corporation of America, where he held various strategic and developmental roles, most recently overseeing its Business Development Group. His team focused on identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic alliances for Sony's various U.S. operating companies in the Electronics, Gaming, and Entertainment space. In addition to his business development role, Bernard oversaw a sales P&L and was involved in other various strategic projects for the company.
