Carlo Pazolini has appointed British designer Lee Wood as the brand's Creative Director. For the past 15 years, Lee Wood has worked on the creative team of Donatella Versace. The first collection of shoes and accessories created under Mr Wood's leadership will go on sale at the end of January 2015.

A graduate of the Berkshire College of Art & Design, Lee Wood began his path to success in London as a design assistant and fashion stylist. For the past 15 years he has lived and worked in Milan where he held a variety of creative posts at Gianni Versace S.p.A. under the direction of Donatella Versace. In 2013 Lee Wood founded his own design studio, StudioL72, and in 2014 he joined the Carlo Pazolini team.

For the past 15 years Lee Wood has lived and worked in Milan, as an essential part of the Gianni Versace S.p.A. team. Lee Wood's career began in the United Kingdom in retail sales before moving to London where he worked as a design assistant and Fashion stylist.
In 1998 Lee moved to Milan, where he began his career as part of the Versace team.
In addition to his native language, Lee is fluent in Italian. In his long history of working in Milan, Lee has gained immense experience of the fashion industry (both men's and women's clothing, accessories, jewelry, fragrances and home ware collections).
