United Security Providers has appointed two new members to its board of directors. Prof. Dr. Hannes Lubich and Pyrros Koussios are joining the board of directors of the Swiss IT security specialist. The two are internationally recognised experts in IT security and business development.

Hannes Lubich - a pioneer and authority in IT security

Hannes Lubich is a Professor of Information Technology at the Institute for Mobile and Distributed Systems of the School of Engineering of the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (Hochschule für Technik an der Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz FHNW). He has previously had posts as Head of Security Practice at British Telecom, as Principal Consultant and IT Security Strategist at Computer Associates (CA) Inc. and as CISO for the Julius Bär Group. Hannes Lubich may be considered a pioneer and an authority in IT security with his professional and academic career and his current activity as a teacher and in applied research and development at the FHNW.
Pyrros Koussios - a globally networked investor and IT entrepreneur

Prior to this Pyrros Koussios was Senior VP for business development and strategy for the NDS Group, which he sold to Cisco after a successful IPO on the NASDAQ exchange and a management buyout with private equity partners. Pyrros Koussios has a wide-ranging international network.
